i-LiNE is a low voltage and hard-wired lighting control solution. Meaning, our switches are daisy-chained with a CAT5 cable and use less power. Each switch has two RJ45 jacks. You don’t need to know which one is IN and which is OUT or what number you need to assign each one. The switches are intelligent and auto-assign and auto-configure themselves! They do not need a centralized controller like other lighting control products do. The “control” is built into each individual switch. At the beginning of the installation, you start with a 1-port or 4-port power module. Make a CAT5 run from the module to the first switch in the network, then the next, then the next, and so on. NO MORE “HOME RUNS”! When you get to the very last device in the network, all you need to do is terminate it with an RJ45 terminator plug. You can connect up to 255 devices on one lighting control network. Unlike other product lines that only give you less than 50 devices. Create scenes that are limited only by your imagination! All this without a controller!
