FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Celebrities bask in the glow of Feng Shui lighting: Fast becoming a nationwide trend, says Alluminare Lighting
ATLANTA, Ga. (Jul. 17, 2002) – In less than a year after its launch, Alluminare Lighting claims to have many of Atlanta’s rich and famous in its client roster. “Feng Shui lighting is highly therapeutic, especially to those in demanding professions”, says Friday Saha, President, Alluminare Lighting. Preferring not to disclose any names, Saha observed that “Our red-shaded lamps have been found to be especially useful to those requiring a Fire (Fame) element and complies with both traditional and non-traditional forms of Feng Shui.”
Saha informs that most lamps are priced to be pocket-friendly, starting as low as $129 for a basic custom designed lamp. The company uses handmade and machinemade paper from the U.S., Japan, Africa, Thailand and Nepal. All lamps sold within the US and Canada are UL listed, indicating their compliance with stringent quality and safety norms. The lamps are guaranteed not to burn or warp despite prolonged use. A certified Feng Shui expert creates each lamp and Saha is personally involved in all aspects of production- down to the selection of the lamp bases.
Despite the growing popularity of Feng Shui, Allminare Lighting is the first and only boutique specializing in customized Feng Shui lighting using the significance of color in Ancient Chinese and Western culture. Personal consultation is an important part of each sale as each client has different personal or business goals, and living spaces. “Simple remedies can make big changes”, insists Saha, adding that the company strives to achieve a harmonious balance between Western lifestyles and ancient Chinese tradition. This enables her to custom designed flexible solutions that can be easily adapted to modern homes or offices- instead of the other way around. Saha demonstrates this philosophy with the latest addition to the Alluminare line: A unique, patent-pending topsy-turvy lamp, which can be easily flipped around to make a table lamp or an attractive dangle. New designs are introduced every six weeks at the store. Saha likes to involve clients by giving them the freedom to design their own lamp using basic Feng Shui principles and a choice of stylish paper, shapes, cords and bases.
Before she founded Alluminare Lighting, Saha first made her mark as an e-commerce expert and was instrumental in developing many popular Web Stores, including a branded toy store for kids.
While the company has already started selling online from their web site at www.Alluminare.com, Saha says that her most ambitious plans are still underway. A new product catalogue will be made available in the late Summer, and her showroom space in Atlanta will be expanded in the Early Fall.
